Jim started with the Company in 2001 after several years in Birmingham and Atlanta on various Commercial Construction Projects. Jim made the change to a smaller more local company in hopes of spending more time with his family. In 2014 Jim became half owner of the newly named Hosey-Lancour Construction LLC. At that time, he started running the day-to-day business as well as the estimating, project managing and supervising of all projects. After a great 10-year partnership Jim became the sole owner of the newly named Lancour Construction LLC. Still running the day-to-day business, Jim is learning how to delegate some of the other tasks to his handpicked, trustworthy employees. Jim and his wife Heather have four children. Dakota, was lost in 2014 at the age of 18. Dalton and his wife Katie, have blessed the Lancour family with the first grandchild, Guinevere. Dalton has worked for the company since 2017 and is stepping into more of a management role. Landon, who is a recent Graduate of Glenwood, immediately started his career in the family business. He has proven to be a very concerned and diligent worker. Macie, who is the most recent member of the Lancour family, was adopted by Jim and Heather on December 4th . She has been a great blessing, and will be the best of friends with Guinevere.

Heather began her career with the company after completing an over 10-year career in animal control in 2020. She stepped in and handled everything put in front of her, starting with payroll and expanding from there. Heather is the wife of Jim Lancour, and they have four children, Dakota, who we lost in 2014 at the age of 18. Dalton and his wife Katie, who have blessed us with our first grandchild, the amazing Guinevere. Dalton has worked for the company since 2017 and is stepping into more of a management role. Landon, who is a recent Graduate of Glenwood, immediately started his career in the family business. He has proven to be a very concerned and diligent worker. Macie, who is the most recent member of the Lancour family was adopted by Jim and Heather on December 4th. She has been a great blessing to us, and we know she and Guinevere will be the best of friends. Heather has a huge passion for all animals and has been in the dairy goat business for many years. She has recently added to her farm chickens, Zebu cattle and Whinny the adorable miniature donkey.
Dalton has been with the company since 2017 and has recently moved into the office to learn that side of the business and assist Jim with Project Management and Estimating. Dalton, while being full time since 2017 has been part of the company since he was little, periodically helping Jim on projects while on breaks from school or on weekends. Dalton and his wife Katie have one daughter, Guinevere.
Landon is the youngest son of Jim and Heather and a recent graduate of Glenwood. Landon, after taking a very short vacation, began working directly after High School in 2023. He has been around the company his entire life and often would work summers and other times when not in school as a teenager helping on projects. Landon has shown great promise already and is looking forward to moving up the ranks and helping the family business grow.
