02. PLAN
After a new construction project is proposed, the planning phase can begin. The planning phase is where Lancour Construction’s pre-construction process allows both parties to plan out important details for the project, including building timelines, costs, materials, and more.
03. BUILD
Once the new construction project has been proposed and planned, we begin the building phase. Lancour Construction’s building process project management, field supervision and quality control to ensure the best end result for our valued construction clients.
